Parameters and Method for Shale Gas Reservoir Evaluation

目前全球范围的页岩气开发已经展开。页岩储层有其独特的属性,因此页岩气开发的第一步是了解页岩的特性,这需借助测井、岩心分析等手段对其进行评价,以便寻找有利的页岩气远景区。首先介绍页岩气远景区评价的一些主要指标,如页岩厚度、有机质丰度(TOC)、含氢指数、干酪根类型、热成熟度(RO)、页岩矿物组分和渗透率等\.其次对页岩气储层评价的方法进行介绍,主要是测井法,归纳采用测井方式对岩性、裂缝等的识别和对岩石矿物成分、TOC、渗透率等的确定,并阐述实时LWD技术在页岩气储层特征识别方面的应用。最后,对Fort Worth盆地Barnett页岩的各项指标进行了分析,认为其成功的开发对我国页岩气资源的开发具有重要借鉴意义。

Shale gas is globally developing.Since shale reservoir has its own unique characteristics,the key for shale gas development is to understand the characteristics of shale by means of logging,core analysis and laboratory experiments,in order to find favorable prospect area of shale gas.In this paper,we list some of the key parameters for shale gas evaluation,such as shale thickness,total organic content (TOC),hydrogen index (IH),kerogen type,thermal maturity (Ro),mineral composition and permeability.We also introduce the evaluation methods of shale gas reservoir,like as logging.We use the logging to identify lithologic character and fissure,and determine the mineral constitute of shale,TOC,and permeability.We also use the real\|time LWD in shale gas reservoir character identification.Meanwhile,we discuss various parameters for Barnett shale gas evaluation in Fort Worth,for its success development will be a good example for guiding shale gas development in China.
