气田地面集输工艺技术是气田开发中一个重要环节,地面集输工艺水平先进与否,直接影响着气田开发总体技术水平高低和经济效益好坏。主要介绍了涩北三大气田的地面集输工艺,采取多气层同时开采,集气站实行混合布站方式,采用“高压采气,站内一次加热、节流、常温分离,高、低压2套集输管网,分气田集中脱水、集中增压”总的集气流程。在国内外大型整装气田中,较早提出并实现了高低压2套集输管网,充分利用地层能量,大大节约压缩机电力消耗,降低工程造价;采气管线同层串联工艺,改善低产井的热力条件,减少采气管线长度,减少集气站进站阀组及节流阀组数量,降低投资;集气站实现“无人值守,站场巡检”模式建站,实行无人值守数字化技术;针对气田出砂出水的特性,研制出适合气田气质特点的分离器等专有专利设备。整个地面工程落实“优化、简化、标准化”的设计理念,为其他气田的地面建设提供了良好的借鉴。

The surface gas collection technology is an important part of gas development, and the level of the surface gas collection technology affects the total technical level and the economics of the gas development. The surface gas collection technology of three giant gas fields in Sebei is introduced. The technology puts multiple gas layers into production at the same time, and the flow chart is: gas producing with high pressure, heating, throttling, and room temperature separation. The general gas collection path includes two gathering pipe networks of high and low pressures, which have central dehydration complex, and the central supercharge. The concepts of optimization, simplification and the standardization are implemented in surface designing, which can offer reference for other domestic nonacid gas fields.
