摘要

涩北气田疏松砂岩气藏层多、层薄、气水间互,各层压力差异较大,非均质性强;储层具有埋藏浅、跨度大、欠压实、成岩性差、胶结疏松和高粘土、高泥质、高矿化度以及敏感性强、出砂严重等特点;气井靠控制压差生产,3/4的气井产量限制在(3~5.0)×104 m3/d,大大地影响了气井产能的发挥。首先从从涩北气田气藏地质特征入手,通过对二层或三层气层合采时的层间压力、层间流量变化的模拟分析和从储层物性参数、压力变化等对气井稳产期、气井产量等影响的分析,提出了三层分采及分层测压技术,并对三层分采及分层测压技术在气田现场应用效果做了评价。现场实际应用表明,三层分采及分层测压技术在涩北气田应用效果良好,具有广阔的发展空间。

Abstract

The Sebei loose sandstone gas reservoir has many layers characterized by thinness, interstratified gas and water, greatly different pressures of gas layers, andstrong anisotropy. The reservoir is characterized by shallow embedment, great span, lack of compaction, poor diagenesis, and loosen bonding. It also has high content of clay, shale, salinity and sensitivity, and severe sand inflow etc. Gas wells only can produce by controlling differential pressure, three quarters of which can only produce under the restraint of 30 thousand and 50 thousand m3 per day. This restriction limits the gas well productivity to a large extent. Starting with the geologic characteristics of the Sebei gas field, this paper simulates and analyzes the variation of interlayer pressure and flow rate of two or three layers in commingled production, analyzes the effects of physical properties and parameters and the variation of pressure on the period of stabilized production and the yield of gas wells, then puts forward the techniques of triple production and stratification pressure testing to solve the contradiction. The field application shows that the techniques of triple production and stratification pressure testing have great effect and have a great potential for development.
