摘要

随着油气资源评价工作的开展,环境评价开始应用于一般工程项目以外的资源评价中。油气资源环境评价也由理论方法探讨、规范流程建设逐步向指标体系建设和指标定量化评价发展。通过梳理污染排放现状及特点、资源利用情况和环境质量现状等环境因子,开展中石油常规/非常规油气资源区块环境影响要素分析,形成基于“评价指标体系—指标归一化—环境综合评价—评价分级标准”的评价方法,以期实现常规/和非常规油气资源区块的环境承载负荷综合评价,为第四次油气资源评价提供技术支持。

Abstract

Environmental assessment is applied to other resources assessment more than in general engineering projects with the development of oil and gas resources assessment.At the meantime,the environmental assessment of oil and gas resources is gradually expanded from study of theoretical methodology and establishment of standard specification to establishment of index system and index quantitative evaluation.Based on the sorting of existing pollution emission,resources usage,and environmental quality status in each oilfield of CNPC,evaluation method,including evaluation index system,index normalization scoring standard,environmental comprehensive assessment,and classification standard,is formed by analyzing impact factors of resources environmental assessment,so as to realize the comprehensive assessment of environment bearing load for conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources,which will provide technical support for the fourth round national oil and gas resources assessment.
