川西致密砂岩气藏开发实践与认识

摘要

基于气藏开发地质特征,利用核磁共振、恒速压汞、薄片鉴定、相渗实验及岩心衰竭式开采物理模拟实验等手段,将川西地区致密砂岩气藏的开发可划分为3种主要类型:①多层叠置毯状致密砂岩气藏以砂体横向展布稳定,纵向叠置程度高,原始束缚水饱和度较高为地质特征,形成了以直井分层压裂多层合采、提高储量动用程度,水平井加砂压裂、提高单井产能及泡沫排水采气为主的开发模式;②多层叠置条带状致密砂岩气藏以砂体规模小、厚度薄为地质特征,形成了多层合采与层间上返挖潜、提高单井可采储量,开发后期增压开采与高低压分输为主的开发模式;③砂泥薄互层毯状致密砂岩气藏以多个薄砂体交互叠置状或透镜状分布为地质特征,形成了滚动开发评价、降低开发风险,多层合采、转层挖潜、增压开采与泡沫排水采气为主的开发模式。

Abstract

By means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),constant speed mercury penetration,thin section analysis,phase permeability experiment and physical simulation of core depletion development,tight sand gas reservoirs development in western Sichuan can be divided into three main types in terms of geological characteristics:(1)Multiple-overlapped blanket tight sand gas reservoir,with the geological features of stable lateral sand distribution,high-degree vertical overlapping and high-degree original irreducible water saturation;and its development model is to adopt separate-layer fracturing and commingled production for vertical wells improving mining-employed reserves and to adopt sand fracturing and foam drainage gas recovery for horizontal wells improving the well productivity;(2)Multiple-overlapped striped tight sand gas reservoir with the geological features of small-sized sandstone volume and thin sand layer;and its development model is to adopt commingled production and interlayer potential tapping,improving recoverable reserves of single well and to adopt booster-pressure production and HP/LP separate transmission method in the later stage of development;(3)Thin shale-sand inter-bed blanket tight-sand gas reservoir with the geological features of several thin shale-sands overlapping or in lenticular bedding;and its development model is to adopt progressive development and appraisal method reducing development risks,commingled production,potential tapping,booster-pressure production and foam drainage gas recovery method.
