Bannan area is located in Huanghua depression of Bohai Bay basin.It contains several oil and gas reservoirs.According to the principles of depletion reservoir reconstructed to gas storage,we have optimized four locations that have stable reservoir distribution,good continuity of gas formation,moderate burial depth,a certain scale of gas reserves and a convenient condition of gathering and management.After we carefully analyzed the completed wells,reservoir conditions,reservoir characteristics and the sealing of faults and cap rocks,and comprehensively evaluated the feasibility of construction underground gas storage group,we think that these four gas reservoirs have the conditions to construct the underground gas storage.Based on the above analyses,we have proposed the designation and monitoring program of gas storage.
