Geological modeling can improve the interpolate precision of properties between wells and the reliability and accuracy of reservoir description through establishing a 3D geological model which can show the style of reservoirs directly and 3D quantitative reservoir distribution parameter and geometry.Since the reservoirs of Z30 block in the eastern part of Sulige gas field were developed in the fluvial sedimentary environments and the sandbodies vary laterally fast,it increases the difficulty to forecast reservoirs between wells.According to the basic modeling steps from point to surface to body,the tectonic model of the research block was constructed according to the drilling data by using the Petrel software.Then,based on facies data interpreting from logging of single well,the detailed sedimentary facies model could be established by using the sequential indicator simulation method.Finally,based on the facies model,the properties parameter model was built by using facies controlling modeling technology and sequential Gauss simulation method.Through the simulation study of Z30 block,it can increase the precision of reservoir description,and it also can provide geologic reference for working out and regulating reservoir development program.
