通常在做水平井产能参数敏感性分析时,只单独分析影响产能的每种参数,很少比较各参数对水平井产能的影响程度,忽略了不同参数组合对水平井产能影响的研究。采用正交试验方法对水平井产能参数的影响程度进行了分析,确定了各因素对水平井产能的影响大小顺序,依次为地层水平渗透率Kh(A)、有效厚度h(C) 、水平段长度L(B)、地下气体黏度μ(E)、各向异性系数β(D)、天然气偏差因子Z(G)和地层温度T(F)等;找出了影响水平井产能的最优参数组合A5B5C4D1E1F4G2;并综合方差分析法结果、CL气田与LS气田水平井产能参数的对比结果,进一步确定了影响水平井产能的显著因素,即地层水平渗透率、水平段厚度、水平段长度。

In making sensitivity analysis of productivity parameters in horizontal wells,the traditional analysis usually focus on the influence of the individual parameter,and little compare the different parameters to influence of horizontal well productivity,thus the influence of the parameter combination on the horizontal well productivity is ignored. In this paper,we use the orthogonal test method to illustrate the influence of productivity parameters in horizontal wells and identify the order of each influential factor from strong to weak as follows:Horizontal permeability Kh(A),effective thickness h(C),length of the horizontal sector L(B),viscosity of the underground gas μ(E),anisotropy coefficient β(D),Z-factor of natural gas Z(G),and formation temperature T(F). The optimal productivity parameters assemblage of horizontal wells is A5B5C4D1E1F4G2. In combination with result of comprehensive variance and data from CL and LS gas field,the prominent influential factors of horizontal well productivity are length of the horizontal sector,horizontal permeability,and effective thickness.
