Analysis of Old Wells Potential of Qianmiqiao Buried Hill

The condensate gas reservoir of the Qianmiqiao buried hill, Dagang Oilfield, is a relatively big and highly saturated condensate gas reservoir. The condensate bearing formation is Fengfeng formation and Majiagou formation of Ordovician. Up to date, after nearly ten years’ exploration and development, 13 wells have been drilled and completed. All wells have gas and oil shows. But only 8 wells have industrial flow, accounting for 61% of the completed wells and there are only 6 wells going into production. There are only 3 highly efficient producing wells, which accounting for 23% of the completed wells. This reflects the complexity of the hidden mountain geology. Developed intervals of single wells, un perforated intervals and the potential of the wells are analyzed based on the data of drilling, completion, electric logging, mud logging, oil testing and well testing. This provides the basis for the further development appraisal and potential development of the buried hill reservoir.
