The coal transmutative degree and variational ruleof coal seam physical character are different in the prospection for CBM. The situation restricted CBM industrialization in China. Utilizing the CBM reservoirsimulation system simulated the main formative character of CBM reservoir in this paper, Studying variational rule of coal seam physical character and analyzing the problem how the rule affected formation of CBM reservoir. This paper indicated the permeability is one of the main factors due to the whole reservoir and physical stimulated other factors is very essential.
