辽河盆地是一个断陷盆地,断裂十分发育,而断裂的发育又控制了油气运移和聚集。认为:主干断裂控制油气富集,次级断裂对油气的侧向封堵及油气的再分配有重要的作用;断层的开启性又导致不同断块油气贫富不一致;正确认识断裂将会对勘探有十分重要的意义。

Liaohe basin, a faulted basin, has lots of faults,which have important influence on oil and gas enrichment , and control migration and accumulation of petroleum. This paper considers that main faults control oil and gas enrichment, and sub-faults play important roles on lateral blockage and redistribution of petroleum, and opening of faults lead to various degrees of petroleum enrichment in various fault blocks. So,the correct understanding of faults has great significance on exploration.
