吐哈盆地台北凹陷小草湖次凹发育多套烃源岩,油源条件好,天然气资源丰富,勘探潜力巨大;该次凹陷中侏罗统发育3套储盖组合,天然气藏类型主要为J2s―J2q的构造―岩性复合型气藏和J2x―J1的深盆气藏,成藏期为燕山期和喜山期2期。认为古构造背景和构造―岩性复合型圈闭发育是小草湖次凹天然气成藏的主控因素,进凹寻找连片分布的岩性气藏是该区下一步天然气勘探的方向。

A number of hydrocarbon source rocks are developed in Xiaocaohu sub-depression in Tuha basin, and condition of oil-resource is excellent, resource of natural gas is abundant, potential of exploration is huge; Three sets of reservoir-cap combinations are developed in mid-Jurassic; Natural Gas reservoir types in depression is mainly structure-lithology combination for J_2s-J_2q and deep-basin gas reservior for J_2x-J_1, and forming reservoir in Yanshan and Xishan periods.
