ADVANCES IN THE STUDY OF THE SUBSIDENCE AND UPLIFT MECHANISM OF FORELAND BASINS

Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the conception,constructional factors and structural characteristics of foreland basin.And then,the advances in subsidence and uplift mechanism of foreland basin are described.At last,the relative problems to which we must pay attention in research on subsidence and uplift mechanism of foreland basin are presented.
