常规与非常规油气资源评价技术规范体系建立及意义

Standard system establishment for conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon resources assessment techniques and its significance

摘要: 依托《中国石油第四次油气资源评价》专项,分别建立了油气资源与储量分类体系、常规与非常规油气资源评价方法体系、常规油气资源评价技术规范、非常规油气资源评价技术规范、类比刻度区解剖技术规范、致密油资源评价技术规范、致密砂岩气资源评价技术规范、页岩气资源评价技术规范、煤层气资源评价技术规范、油页岩油资源评价技术规范、运聚与可采系数取值技术规范、常规与非常规油气资源评价成果图编制技术规范,共12项;形成了现阶段我国油气资源评价较为完善的技术规范体系。该资源评价技术规范体系的建立,不仅继承了我国油气资源评价的优良传统,且实现了评价结果的可比性与国际接轨,为政府与石油公司开展大规模常规与非常规油气资源评价提供重要评价标准、技术规范,意义重大,将确保我国油气资源评价的方法统一、标准统一、技术统一、成果统一。

Abstract: Relying on “the fourth round oil and gas resources evaluation project of CNPC”,we individually established the classification system of oil and gas reserves,evaluation method system of conventional and unconventional resources,technical specification for conventional resources,technical specifications for unconventional resources,technical specifications for the dissection of analogy calibrated units,technical specifications for tight oil resources evaluation,technical specifications for tight sand gas resources evaluation,technical specifications for shale gas resources evaluation,technical specifications for coalbed methane resources evaluation,technical specifications for oil shale resources evaluation,value specifications for migration and accumulation coefficient and recovery rate,technical specifications for conventional and unconventional resources evaluation map,in total 12 standards.For now,these standards and specifications have formed the most complete technical specifications system in china.The establishment of this technical specifications system for resources evaluation not only inherited the fine traditions of the oil and gas resources evaluation in china,but also ensured the evaluation result being comparable and geared to international standards,providing our government and oil companies an essential evaluation standard and technical specification for large scale conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources evaluation.This significant work shall ensure the oil and gas resources evaluation in china unified in methods,standards,technic and forms of result.
